You Don't Close a Sale, You Open a Relationship!


Gary Keller has stood had held the strong belief since the beginning of his career in Real Estate that your business is your Database. Unfortunately, we live in a world of shiny objects and get rich quick schemes that can be seen as the easy way to be successful. The reality is no matter what business you think you are in, it is actually the RELATIONSHIP Business!


Whether you are a Realtor, Lawyer, Doctor, Electrician, or Accountant, you don't get to do your job without having relationships with others. Relationships open the door to the opportunity to serve through our chosen industry. Without relationships we will be constantly looking for the next deal, the next shiny object, the next get rich quick opportunity. All while neglecting the very people who are raising their hands around us and end up choosing other people to serve them because they feel forgotten about.


How Do we build relationships? Simon Sinek in his book Start With Why said "People don't buy What you do, they buy WHY YOU DO IT". Go back to the day you chose to get into real estate, why did you do it? How can you connect that in a powerful way to the goals of others?
